 PROJECT SCOPE: 

The facility consists of a 900 car capacity garage built integrally with an adjacent hillside.  The garage will serve the Fairmont State College Campus.  The structure consists of a combination of cast-in-place concrete and precast concrete.  The project is one of the first design-build projects in a continuing Master Plan for the College.
