The Radisson Hotel & Conference Center Morgantown, WV The Radisson Hotel in Morgantown WV, at 17 stories, is the second tallest structure in West Virginia. This 300,000 sq. ft facility consists of a 17 story hotel and an adjoining Conference Center/Parking Deck. Construction started in August 2001 with deep foundations 50 foot to bedrock. The structural is steel framed with a concrete elevator/stair core tower. Construction was complete in August of 2003 |

The facility consists of a 900 car capacity garage built integrally with an adjacent hillside. The garage will serve the Fairmont State College Campus. The structure consists of a combination of cast-in-place concrete and precast concrete. The project is one of the first design-build projects in a continuing Master Plan for the College. |

Carnes Community Center St. Clairsville, OH The Project is a 22,000 sq.ft. community conference center located over an old strip mine. Built on a dynamically compacted site, the project features a pipe truss space frame clear spanning 80 feet across the commons areas. Foundations are reinforced to minimize damage due to future possible mine subsidence. |

Office/Training Center Pittsburgh, PA This project is part of a revitalization project on the south side of Pittsburgh. The $6 million project was completed in 2002.
